The Board of Trustees held a meeting
On February 19, a session of Board of Trustees was held at State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia with the following four issues on the agenda:
- Listening and evaluating the report of SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan, on the activities 2019 of “State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia” foundation
- Approving the income and expenditure estimates of SAFAA financial year 2020 (speaker: SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan)
- Discussion and approval of establishing the “Department for Academic Program Development” in the administrative structure of “State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia” foundation (speaker: SAFAA vice-rector Mkrtich Ayvazyan)
- Selection of the candidate to carry out the audit of financial and economic activities of SAFAA (speaker: SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan)
- Other issues
According to the work order of the Board of Trustees of “State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia” foundation, the session was chaired by the chairman of the Board, President of Artists’ Union of Armenia Suren Safaryan. After approving the agenda of the session, SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan made a report on the SAFAA activities 2019 that was approved by the Board of Trustees. The session also approved the income and expenditure estimates of SAFAA financial year 2020, the establishment of the “Department for Academic Program Development” in the SAFAA administrative structure and the selection of the candidate to carry out the audit of financial and economic activities.
