Board of Trustees Held a Session
On February 17, the regular session of SAFAA Board of Trustees was held. The agenda comprised five issues:
- Listening and evaluating the report of SAFAA Rector on the activities 2020 of “State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia” foundation (speaker Aram Isabekyan);
- Approving the income and expenditure estimates of SAFAA financial year 2021 (speaker: SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan);
- Discussion and approval of the new structure of Gyumri branch of “State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia” foundation (speaker: SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan);
- Selection of the candidate to carry out the audit of financial and economic activities of SAFAA (speaker: SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan);
- Other issues:
According to the work order of the Board of Trustees of “State Academy of Fine Arts of Armenia” foundation, the session was chaired by the chairman of the Board, President of Artists’ Union of Armenia Suren Safaryan. After approving the agenda of the session, SAFAA Rector Aram Isabekyan made a report on the SAFAA activities 2020 which was approved by the Board of Trustees. The session also approved the income and expenditure estimates of SAFAA financial year 2021.
